Lin's quest to achieve the highest possible kiln temperatures has not been a goal in itself. His ture aim is to debunk the myths about the limits of expression in ceramic art！
To do this, he has returned to the source: the "Mother Glaze". He has sought to learn from the workings of the greatest of all kilns, Mother earth herself, embarking on new journeys to understand the kiln, the fire and the glaze, to discover new paths through which ceramic art can develop and opening up new was of seeing humanity's relationship with fire and clay.
